Death Penalty for Sex Crimes Against Children Petition sign now

To: United States Legislators


In light of recent events involving sexual crimes being committed against children, it has come to our attention that current legislation is insufficient in preventing these crimes from occurring.





We believe the prison system is a dramatic failure, as rehabilitation is not possible for those who rape and sexually abuse and/or exploit children.





We believe the Federal Government has failed to pass legislation that would protect children from becoming victims of these inhuman crimes.





Thereto fore we ask that legislators in Washington DC introduce and pass a law mandating a penalty of death for child sex predators, which has provisions that would procure the following;





1. Increase the penalty for lewd and lascivious molestation of a child to Death to be executed as quickly and judiciously as possible.





2. Increase sexual offender/predator punishment requirements to the status of Federal law.





3. Designate sexual crimes against children, or harboring or assisting a sexual offender/predator to evade justice as a Federal crime.





4. Cut the costs associated with the detention, "treatment", "rehabilitation" of sex offenders/predators by making sex crimes against children a capital offense, and limiting appeals to one, and 2 in only the most exceptional of cases.





5. Require all State laws to conform to the Federal law regarding sex offenders/predators.
