Demod 1111 from Boxden sign now

In the past, a few mods have been allowed to make decisions and take actions that spit in the face of Boxdens mission to be a welcome spot for people of all races, nations, religions, and beliefs. Boxdens administrator, Ronnie, has been judicious enough to relieve most of them of their posts. However, one moderator in particular, 1111 (http://slumz.boxden.com/member.php?u=659), should be demodded because he stands in the way of Boxden's growth and mission.

We as members of Boxden have rules that prohibit excessive eBeef, and we call for warnings and bans for people who continually hate in different threads because of personal vendettas. 1111 has made several comments in the streets that attack Def Poet's leadership and modship, which can affect Def Poet's effectiveness as an authority on Boxden. We also find that 1111 has deleted the posts of Bam West, Snowman, Stillers, and several others (including Moderators) simply because they were an opinion opposite to his own.

Additionally, we have been made aware that certain attempts to gain members respect are primarily superficial and in self-interest. Like a snake to gain some popularity, 1111 unfairly bends the rules for certain members that he admires. In the past he has promised modship, removal of 100\% justifiable warnings and other bribes for those who snitch, join his hate movement, or follow his agenda. 1111 is a moderator on a message board similar to Boxden, and unfortunately he has shown that he cannot unbiased. Several members have complained that he has carried his issues from months ago to the point where he hates on them on whatever message board they are on.

Furthermore, 1111's signature with the "Give Stillers hate movement" exemplifies 1111's mission and he has indicated that he has no plans to change this or lay matters from months ago to rest. We find that this makes it difficult for members to respect our guidelines, when we have a forum leader who is exempt from those guidelines that we are supposed to enforce.

Among other things, because of his poor interactions with other members, his dogmatic attitude, his failure to listen to both sides, his failure to be impartial in aiding and disciplining members, and his inability to be reasoned with, it's the signers opinion that Boxden would set a better example and be better equipped to handle the concerns of its members if 1111 was demodded. We ask that Ronnie, a.k.a. beatbox, demod 1111 so that we have mods who better exemplify BX's values of integrity, civility, fairness, and community. It's our understanding that a petition to remove a mod is a fair and respected way to ask for change in forum leadership.
