Donation of Scotland's 2nd CL place sign now

"We" (The undersigned) in a gesture of goodwill and as tribute to the 2004/2005 European Champions "Liverpool F.C." would like Uefa, The SPL and the English F.A. to consider a donation of Scotland's 2nd Champions League positon to the aforementioned club. There by allowing entry to the holders of the Champions League entry into the qualifiers and making the tournement all that more special.
