People on Pokerroom.com are not using the mute button as much as they should. As a result, players knowingly subject themselves to what they find to be offensive or abusive language. Pokerroom.com offers a mute option specifically for this reason. Because this option is available, we are suggesting that any punishment for offensive/abusive language be removed. If you do not wish to hear something a player has said, mute them or just do not listen.

As for groups, all private groups should remain that way - private. The words and thoughts expressed in those forums should be under the jurisdiction of the owner and moderators. That is what they are there for.
