This petition is calling for the trial of Ex-Lebanese President Emil Lahoud before Lebanese courts and the International Criminal Court

- For his role in war-crimes 13 October 1990 (during the military action against Gen. Aoun)
- For his role in surrendering Lebanese Citizens to foreign (Syrian) authorities
- For his role in Politically imprisoning hundereds of Lebanese citizens (including Lebanese Forces leader Dr. Samir Geagea)
- For his role in running a torture detention centre in the Defense Ministry and covering up the illegal and unhumane actions of that centre
- For his role in Breaking the Lebanese Constitution so many times
- For his role in Unconstitutionally Extending his Presidential term
- For his role in the Assasinations of and attempts against Lebanese Political figures (including ex-Prime Minister Rafic Hariri)
