Petition to let viewers view boy meets world and the suite life of zack and cody online

I would like to start a Web site to let viewers view and maybe download episodes of Boy Meets World and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody online. However, I'm afraid I would probably have to have copyright permission to let viewers view or download episodes of those shows online. Then,if possible and if I can get more copyright permission, I can add Disney Channel Classics like Honey, I Shrunk the Kids the TV Show and The Jersey which are no longer player on Disney Channel and newer shows like That's So Raven and Hannah Montannah which are playing on Disney Channel, not to mention Lizzie MCGuire and Even Stevesn which are still playing on Disney Channel but are in syndication and in re-runs.
Just think, if I can get copyright permission to let viewers view and maybe download episodes of Boy Meets World and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, you can watch Boy Meets World at an ealier time like in the afternoons or evenings and watch Zack and Cody more often. Maybe I can arrange it to wear viewers can view episodes of Zack and Cody that Disney does not air very much more often without over-airing them.
