Products Being Featured in Avon catalogs sign now

To mark staff:
Your representatives would like to bring to your attention a problem we have been seeing. In the Avon Outlet catalog for campaign 17 (http://www.youravon.com/catalog/2004/17/) and campaign 18 (http://www.youravon.com/catalog/2004/18/), Avon reps are able to order mark products such as:
-Blush Brush
-Pop Up Brushes
-Photo Play Compact
-Tinsel Tree
-Locket Charm Bracelet

These products are not even available for Mark reps, even though they are mark products! As a result, we are LOSING customers because they will be going to Avon reps to purchase mark products. Or, mark representatives are being forced to purchase mark products from avon reps, while the avon reps are making a profit off of OUR products.
This is absolutely obsured! I understand featuring some mark products in avon catalogs, but it is ridiculous that we can not even order the mark proudcs that avon reps can! This issue in combination with the terrible shipping problems, missing products and order delivery is making a lot of representatives angry.
Since no conference call has been announced for this month, please review the following ideas and suggestions so that you don't lose mark representatives.
