To Who it may concern,

I have been trying to start a GSA (Gay-Straight Alliance) in the Republic High School. I have been told that a student group needs to have bilaws and rules of conduct. I have these materials, and they have been provided for school administration. However, administrators have denied my right for starting a GSA beacuse they beleive that it might offend someone. There are many other student orginizations within the Republic High School, some that might be offensive to others, but they are still allowed. Why am I being denied my rights?

I've asked for the people who support my ideas and my plans to sign this petition, hoping that admistration might change their mind.
