The Request to Retain Vanessa Anne Hudgens's Employment sign now

To Whom It May Concern,

In light of the recent scandal concerning your famed employee Vanessa Anne Hudgens, there has been rumors circulating that Ms. Hudgens will have her employment terminated and will be replaced by Adrienne Bailon in the third installment of the phenomenal High School Musical series. We know that Disney Enterprises has its set policies and standards, as does any other corporation or company, but we ask you to reconsider your decision (if indeed such a decision is being made) after viewing the following points:

I- The photos in question were taken in private and were for private use. It is no doubt quite unfortunate that these photos were leaked to the press and public. But it is not the fault of Ms. Hudgens that her personal data and information was compromised by a apparently ill-intentioned virtual intruder. As stated before, your great corporation has policies that it stands by, but it is assumed that these policies cannot interfere with the private lives of your employees.

II- Barring Ms. Hudgens from playing her role your upcoming and highly anticipated film "High School Musical 3" is considered by many viewers to be of great detriment to the film, its series, and its loyal and large fan base. Though Ms. Bailon is also very talented, many fans agree that she simply cannot play the role of "Gabriella Montez" in the same delightful and highly enjoyable manner that Ms. Hudgens has done. For many people, Hudgens is the face of the High School Musical franchise, and she is, for some people, the prime reason to tune into the films, if the only one. Thus, we believe that firing of Ms. Hudgens is against the best interests of both the Walt Disney Corporation and the fans of Hudgens and her work.

III- The final point is quite simple. Vanessa Anne Hudgens, like her many fans, will be very devastated if forced not to work on "High School Musical 3." She is a human being, like the rest of us, and is guaranteed to at times commit mistakes. Disney is a large company, but she has been very integral to many of your latest successes. We ask sincerely that those in charge of Hudgens's employment and contract find it in their hearts to forgive her for this very unfortunate incident. She is most likely very regretful and remorseful of her actions, and will probably be more responsible in the future.

After reading and considering these points, we hope you come to the best decision possible, keeping in mind both the how you're choice will affect millions of people worldwide, from both the corporation employing Ms. Hudgens and from the consumers of that corporation's products.
